Yes, THE London to Brighton Run.
This year is the 115th anniversary of the original Emancipation Run of 1896 and a recreation has taken place every year since 1927 (except during the war/petrol rationing) This year every car (except a few invited attendees) will be at least 106 years old and there are likely to be something like 450 of them departing from Hyde Park. This is one of the most significant automotive events in the world.
So having "bigged it up" so to speak, anyone else fancy joining me for the start? London is easy to get in and out of this early on a Sunday and its simple to park for free on nearby streets. The actual start will be just after 07:00 but its worth getting there an hour or so before to see them all gathering (in the dark) in approximate age order inside Hyde Park before heading a little way down the route to Buckingham Palace to see them go by.
