Got something bigger and can't really justify keeping my MX5

It has been utterly reliable and massive fun while I have had it, and I really will miss it!
I've only done about 3000 miles in the past year.
MOT passed in June needing no work. Only advisory was on sills.
Pretty much standard UK MX5. 1800cc manual without power steering etc. Only mod is a front upper strut brace.
Some work done in the past 12 months:
Rear brakes rebuilt along with new disks and pads about 12 months ago.
New roof about 11 months ago (no leaks! Also hard top mount seals so no boot leak).
All filters done and Oil changed (oil done twice in 3k miles!). Currently running fully synth 5-30w oil and has very little if any HLA noise on startup. (Only happens when sat for a while and clears very quickly)
Cam cover gasket and CAS O-ring seal (no oil leaks!)
I have some history including all previous MOTs. I was told the cambelt was done at ~80k, but don't think there is proof of this. When I did the Cam cover gasket the belt looked perfect however...
Currently has Eunos front badge and sun visors, but comes with original Mazda badge and visors.
Kenwood CD player
Comes with a full waterproof car cover
2 keys and immobiliser fobs
Bad points:
Sills have started to rust on both sides, (only advisory for MOT and still feel solid, no holes etc. Had waxoil pumped into sills 12 months ago which seems to have slowed the rust down!).
Paint polishes up well but isn't perfect and has some damage. Quite a few dents and scratches (although nothing massive) and the boot lid is pretty bad (I think someone locked their key in, and got angry trying to get it open. I've found replacement lids in a breakers in Derby for £40 but not got round to it yet)
Drivers seat has some slight bolster wear. Interior good otherwise.
