2001 Ford Mondeo for sale. 78k, some history, 6mths tax, 3mths MOT, all running lovely, so dull it's untrue.
Bought this as a back up so I didn't have to run my lovely transporter through winter. Now keeping the company car, so don't need the Transporter or Mundeo.
It's ok. It's a £650 Mondeo. Someone has nicked the Ford badge off the front (how bad does life have to get before nicking a Ford badge will brighten it up???). Couple of little dints. Electric seat height adjustment doesn't, needs front discs (bit warped is a bit of an understatement). Clutch is high, but ok.
All sounds a little doom and gloom, but I'm just being honest. On the upside, it's clean, runs very well indeed, and has relatively low miles. It costs not a lot to run and not a lot to insure.
I'd much rather have something far less sensible, and a lot more interesting, so am open to swaps/trades/deals or pound notes. An ideal winter hack for someone...
I'm based between Redditch and Solihull, just off J3 of the M42.
