I'd like her sitting lower on some wider rims
She goes wonderfully, dead subtle, children waving, parents smiling as i waft along in 50's twee, then just as i pass em, a swift gear down, a pop of the dump valve, an annoying clunk of an over worn diff and I'm gone; fighting the steering box straight, hoping panels stay on, wondering if someone will pull out and my 7inch drums will stop me...

Nice work.
You only get to find the niggles by putting miles on it.
Sort the issues out one at a time

Have a visually unexciting update:
I have wheels, they are off a Lotus, though not oem.
The lack of meaningful updates is because I now have a little baby girl in my life, which is the most amazing thing ever, but does not equal any work being done. Though I do intend to use the Standard as my daily asap so the lady gets to use the big, comfy, safe car whilst i'm at work, so do keep looking, something will no doubt happen soon...
