There seem to be a fair few of us in the area, but not aware of a gathering anywhere nearby.
Would there be enough interest in getting a local meet going regularly? Or is there one we could maybe piggy back on?
Thoughts please? Suitable days, places, existing meets etc

There is a sort of classic car meet in the carpark of the Woodcocks at Burton Waters, I think its on the last Wednesday of each month, could be an interesting one to "piggy-back" on...

It does depend on where in Lincolnshire you mean, the Limes is certainly doable for us near the coast, but even from here it is going to be nearly a 2 hour ride each way, I'd love to see a central Lincs meet, perhaps if the Lincolnshire collective could post up rough locations and work from there?

I'm near Louth and do the Limes when I can but it is a fair trek from here.. at least 1.5 hours each way. I'd be up for a meet if it was abit nearer!

Done too.
I used to think there were only a couple of us round here, but there's more and more all the time.
Its a big old county to cover. I could make Newark from where I am, but quite a few folk would have a big journey to make and the cost is offputting.
Woodcotes still do the meet, would be a good one to get in on for the time being. Gets quiet in winter though. Strikes me we're blessed with a good county and plenty of places to meet and shows to get to. Reckon we should be making the most of it and putting faces to names while we're at it.

I have added myself too, I'm in Scartho I'd be well up for a meet, as said above, I've also been to the Limes a few times but it's a good old trek from here, If anyone fancied a dirtyriverside *seaside* meet there's plenty of places in Cleethorpes to park up and grab a bit to eat Mike |
