Hello fellow formites!
Just testing the water to see how much i'd get for my motor vehicle! It's not as interesting as other testing the water threads to be honest but here goes.....
Pug 306 non turbo diesel 93/94 ish reg.
Apprx 150,000 miles but still runs well and getting around 40-60 mpg (don't think this is the one that runs on veg oil just to note).
Has roughly 3-4 months Mot and Tax.
4 Very good tyres, Spare ideally needed.
Not alot of service history apart from recent mots which give clues as to whats been done.
Has a few dents/scuffs in the rear side which have been prepped for repair and or temp fixed (around an average packet of crisps in length x2...) I hope to fix these myself before I do eventually sell. Happened on my garage wall (don't ask) but nothing that can't be fixed!
This also means a repaired rear cluster due to the above!
Also has a crack in the front of the bumper a few inches in legnth.
Slight fade on front wing.
Very little rust at all.
Hole in the centre exhaust, one which has been repaired the other in need of a repair pretty soon.
Holds water and oil well but would need a service sometime soon, tiny drips occasionally from the oil sump, but doesn't seem to lose any (if that makes sense).
Cambelt I was told was replaced at 100k but can't fully confirm so unsure!
Slight smoke on start up in cold weather and occasionally takes a few turns but has never let me down, totally fine in the summer tho!
Interior in VGC considering but the boot although clean has what appears to be a bit of paint on the inside mat.
Also boot does not work from the outside, only the inside but a cheapish fix from what I can see, never bothered me as I never use it!
Central locking, two keys but the barrel has been changed years before my ownership (speaking of which has only had a handful of owners)
May need a few things in the near future I.e service items plus ect.
Possibly a few other bits i've not included and as I say this is just to gain an idea roughly.
To be honest it's still a strong car in my eyes all things considered for a nearly 20 year old diesel but with a bit of work upcoming i'd imagine!
Idea's chaps?
