Anyone else having issues with this?
Seems photobucket know about this, But blame proboards, And proboards blame them...
Something to do with the img codes being too long or somthing, And photobucket are addiment its the fact proboards automatically put a space in when it goes over 90 letters...
I didnt go over 90 , nor did it have any spaces, And it just keeps saying ive moved the image.
Ive only just uploaded it!! Photobucket just forced me to go beta earlier and now i cant host images..
Just tried imageshack... Not liking that...
Anyone figured out how to get by this?

I'm having the same problem, my exisiting uploads work fine but any new ones won't. Been using Image Shack for the last few.

The new photobucket sucks. Plain & simple.
There's hardly an hour goes by where someones photos don't show on the fourm and instead displays the 'moved/removed' icon.
I've noticed a lot of times this happens are where the new version makes up its own image name which is MASSIVE and too long for this forum.
I always label ALL my photos with sequential numbers (ABC01.jpg, ABC02.jpg) and it makes it easy to sort, find and post the images. The new Photobucket changes these file names to their own completely random and stupidly long file names. The forum just doesn't like them.
In the interim I've been using Tinyurl to shorten the file names and it works every time. But if I have to do this from now on (i.e. it's not a temporary thing) then I'll be leaving photobucket which is very far from ideal because I've got over 12,000 photos on there, all organised and all linked somewhere on the net.
I don't know if this forum is able to change to accept longer image URLs? That would certainly be a help, but I still hate the way Photobucket takes it upon itself to change all the filenames.
Fingers crossed for changes?

I take it this thread is specifically about Photobucket problems? I've noticed some problems with longer links in general, start a new thread? I know we maybe shouldn't be hotlinking like that but I feel like it used to work better than it does at the moment.
Some of the links I'm talking about are from Ebay or Gumtree, but I know how to shorten them if they don't show up in the preview so I can work around that.

As has been said before, photobucket won't let me upload pics anymore. What alternative is best? Any ideas

Have you turned off the filename scrambling as mentioned in the links above?

My thoughts on the Beta, tried it when it came out, told them it sucked & changed back.
