I've been asked if I can put together a display of cars at the Mid-Norfolk Railway's 1980's Diesel Weekend Gala; nothing like dropping me in it at the last minute...
What I'm after is a selection of 1970/80's cars that would have been in a Station car park during the 1980's, so basically anything from late 60's to 1989. I'm looking at mainly 'normal' day to day cars with a smattering of sports and commercials. The event is over three days and parking is limited to about twenty vehicles per day so i've got to keep a lid on what is going on so if anyone could pop over for even one day, I'd appreciate it; and you'll get a free ride from Dereham to Wymondham courtesy of the MNR.
