Lovin that Cortina!!  (Especially the Wellers!) ;D ;D Along similar lines, anyone remember that film Wayne's World, with the clapped out old AMC Pacer with flames on the side? I wonder if an Allegro would make a suitable substitute? ;D ;D ;D |

I wonder if an Allegro would make a suitable substitute? ;D ;D ;D Haha indeed I think it would!!! Remember also, in the second movie the Pacer was a stretch limo, so do that to an Allegro as well!!! The Cortina looks the goods, it's not quite the same but she'll do!!! They also make good General Lee substitutes as well.... Also seen a Vauxhall Chevette painted up like a Ford Focus WRC 04 that looked pretty cool as well! |

Possibly easier to do that to an Allegro, the Allegro's front wheel drive so you wouldn't need to worry about getting a longer propshaft made up, although I think I'd have the biggest engine possible in it to make up for the extra weight, an 1100 engined stetched Allegro might be painfully slow! At least some Pacers had a V8!  |
