	While at the North East Street Rod Club meet at the 'OK' Diner, they were handing out these flyers for the following. The little red wagon Rock'n'Roll Vintage Market Sat 31st August 10:00am till 5:00pm 1930's+ Vintage & Retro Stalls Live Music from the Fret Tones Classic Car meet and Autojumble Pin-Up Vintaage Hairstyling £1.00 entry (under 16s free) Plants'R' Ross South Hetton Road Easington Village County Durham SR8 3BZ Please note that Easington Village is right next to the A19 and has good access to it.

	Went to the last one and it was worth going, nice cars / bikes, some good stalls and somewhere to get a coffee what more can you want.

	I just managed to get to the meet, I pulled up with steam coming from under the bonnet! A hose connection the header tank and the top pipe of the engine had ballooned and burst on Mother's Volvo. The guys at the meet tried to help but were unable to. I left the volvo cool for a few hours next to the chap doing the pin striping and artistic designs on the cars at the meet. So fresh paint! I did have to pop home to let the dogs out for a short time(one of is in season and nuts)that and I had forgotten my insulin, I managed to get the coolant hose to stay on till I got home and replaced it placing spare hose in the car with some proper jubilee clips just in case! I was gone about an hour and I therefore missed some of the vehicles and owners! Please enjoy what photographs I did take.

	Had a nice day there, got there early and managed to pick up some fantastic stuff. Well done to the organisers they put in a lot of effort just a shame that more cars did not turn up but then again that didn't spoil my day as there was other things to see and do anyway.

	Wish I could've made it, managed to miss the Hot Rod Weekend as well, work and stuff got in the way. Looks like a good turnout!
