Wait, wut? Last time I checked, a wheel isn't aware of the vehicle it is fitted to. well iam not a expert but I thought it was something to do with the offset or something like that being different between a front and rear wheel drive car. but I could be wrong! Traditionally some RWD cars did "tend" loosely to have lower offset wheels than FWD cars*. Although generally this notion is to be ignored as in may cases it's utter plums. *the worlds least committal sentence ever |

YES! Get it done!
When it comes to wheels I'm often envious of Fiesta-sized car owners, as there's so many retro designs in 13" that only really suit a smaller car.

If your current wheels and the Granny wheels are stamped with the width & ET's you can work out how much further they will stick without even getting your hands dirty  Then you will need to add at least 15mm for adapters(normally sold in increments of 5mm unless you have them made bespoke) Traditionally RWD wheels have a much lower "negative" to "positive" ET which makes them tricky to fit without them sticking out. But there are exceptions to the rule like those Porsche 928 rims on that Lupo, but those Porker rims have a high ET of 52 which makes them a favourite for fitting on other cars. I do like the look of the steels, so get measuring  |
