Hey guys
Due to completely forgetting and now all of the camping slots being sold, is there anywhere within walking distance we could camp? I want to be able to come along with a laugh and a chat at night, and then walk/stagger back to our tents if possible

Although, a very close camp site would still be handy if anyone knows of one?

Cheers for that! I had found that, but only one says it allows tents and then when you click on it, it says it doesn't within 5 miles would be ideal, i wasn't sure if perhaps anyone local knew of anything that was less well known or something A b&b might be the way forward....

I'm in the same boat. its either hope to buy some tickets people cant use stay in a local site or just be forced to turning up and going home on the sunday. ill keep looking around myself. keep this thread updated if you find anything else.
edit- i just booked myself one of those wigwams. its 15min drive from venue and no need to bring the tent. win win.

What's the colour of the Boathouse? had to google image it but it appears to be brown and blue camping is in the field to the left, its right in the centre of town and they have a bar if you cant be bothered to walk more than 100yards. got no idea about the rowing stuff, it was the nearest camping i could get when i visited old friends
