So.... I bought this car as a source of spares for my other, identical, C240. It has sat around for over a year and as nothing drastic has gone wrong with my other one (I have a feeling I may be tempting fate there), I have decided to let it live and sell on. I don't have the heart to break it up as it runs and drives beautifully. It has a new MOT (with no advisories) but no tax. Stick some AMGs on it and it will look as well as it drives. £575, or £500 if you bring your own battery. It has a full stainless exhaust system for which there is a receipt for £500 alone... How many miles has it done, any faults? Service history? Any thing I should know about?

Hello CMW, Merc has done 181K, it has the scabby front wheel arches and bottom of door corners which I have treated with kurust... it drives beautifully, only thing the Mot guy mentioned was the discs being a bit rusty, but I explained the car has not been driven for over a year. Everything works, I just replaced the wiper motor, that's it. Has lots of receipts with it and I think it has a fully stamped service book... will check if you are still interested, I get confused with my other one. Come over and give it a drive, it's a very nice car for the money : ))
