Honda Integra Type R DC2, 1999

Owned by myself from June 2009.
Lots of paperwork, all MOTs and loads of receipts and service history (16 stamps atleast):
Important and notable work:
Cambelt and waterpump changed in 2012 at approx 95k miles.
At the time of the cambelt/pump change the head gasket was changed due to low compression on one cyclinder, along with 3 valves changed. This was the last 'proper' service from a garage, it's had a filter and oil since from myself. Always high quality oil.
Clutch change and gearbox rebuild at approx 67k. in 2007
Modifications:
Nothing too intrusive, and none carried out by myself. I initially wanted a completely standard car but after driving this one I felt they added to the whole 'Type R' experience and uncompromised feeling.
Lightened and balanced 9lb flywheel and heavy duty clutch.
Skunk 2 quickshift kit and gearknob
Tanabe -30mm lowering springs.
HID headlights. Apparently a vast improvement over standard.
There's a Pioneer CD player, sadly the parcel shelf has been cut with some 6x9 speakers fitted and has a loose covering of black material.
Other bits and bobs:
Interior very good, front seats great considering age and mileage; there is some creasing and fading to the driver's seat base bolster adjacent to the door but it's not collapsed or anything. New sponge is available. Rear seats almost as new. Driver's seat cover included (which I always have on). Driver's mat is worn. Steering wheel is original Momo airbag item, worn but not bad.
The exhaust is still the original stainless item, a plus point in my opinion. As is the airbox
It's a none-AC car, saves weight and another thing to go wrong/need 'recharging', ahem!
Tyres are Yokohama AD08s on the front and Toyo R888s on the back. Toyos are quite worn now, Yokos are about 2000 miles old. Despite the track nature of the tyres I've never been on a track day with the car; although it probably does deserve it!
Bad bits:
Rust coming through on nearside arch and sill area, typical DC2 place. The offside is a lot better, but there's a tiny bit on the rear of the arch.
General bodywork could do with a buff/mop/detail, there's a lot of swirl marks (not mine..!). It generally polishes up well but a closer look reveals these faults. There's a couple of deeper scratches on the passenger side rear quarter. Not down to the metal or anything but stand out against the general marks. There is a strange scratch/discolouration on the boot, only about 50p size.
Since putting the car up for sale, the offside mirror casing has become damaged (cracked with a bit missing, still totally usable). A whole mirror and casing can be picked up for £50.
The 2012 MoT Test advised of slight play in a control arm bush, this can sometimes be felt as a click through the steering wheel; although this is only when there is minimal 'load' on the steering. It's not been advised on the last two tests.
Any questions feel free.
I am based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. Quite easy to get to by train and close to the A1. Viewing would be easiest at weekends, evenings are a possibility but due to my job I can't always guarantee I'll be finished at a certain time.
£3200
With regards to Part Ex, I am only looking for something of similar straightline performance or better, and I am looking at going back to RWD while I can. Money either way, I'd be willing to add another £6k for the right car. I do not want an automatic, may consider a semi automatic with paddle shift.. Unlikely to want a convertible unless the car was only ever available as a soft top. Things that might interest me:
924 Turbo, 944 S2, 968, 200sx, 350Z, E36 M3 (coupe or saloon), 123d/125/130i (not 5 door), 540i 6 Speed, Z4 Coupe, 2wd Sapphire Cosworth, any other classic RWD Ford, Supra, Mk2 MR2 Turbo, SLK320 etc... WHY?
