For sale is my slammed 740il. I have a m5 itch I need to scratch but I cant have both at the same time.
I have had a lot of work carried out on this in the time I have owned it including replacing nearly every sensor on the car. (One speed sensor is playing up but rarely puts light on dash)
I recently replaced the sump pan, sump plug, oil and k&n oil filter. The gearbox has had a full oil and filter change last month witch made the gear change even smoother.
Last month it also flew threw its mot and I fitted coilovers all round.
Before this I fitted x5 alloys and 30mm spacers and 3 brand new tyres. 1 tyre is legal but warn on outside. (Came of another car)
Bad bits are:
Rear reading light needs replacing (broke when changing coilovers).
Few scratches on paint but from 10ft away looks mint.
Part of the bottom chipped filler out due to putting on a ramp. (It's not a rust bucket at all)
Steering wheel needs straining but tracking has been done and it drives straight.
Milage tamper light is on as I changed the cluster but I still have the old one that shows roughly the same milage.
I'm looking at the £2000 range as I have put a lot of work into it.
