I'm selling my 156 V6. I bought it approx. 2 months ago as a spares car for my other V6. Having driven it home and fixed a few things I can't bring myself to break it. So I thought I'd see if any one fancies taking it on.
Its MOT'd until mid December, no tax though it sorn'd. Its has the original service book and then a heap of specialist service history up until approx. 2013. Its had a recent oil and filter service by the previous owner.
It starts hot or cold and does not overheat. I drove home up the m6 on a very hot day in very heavy traffic (2hours from Junction 15 - 17!). The engine pulls smoothly and the gearbox and clutch all work well with no crunching or other noises.
The paint and body are in good order. However it does have a number of rust bubbles coming through on the front wings by the mud gaurds and also on the rear sill to wheel arch joint. It will need some welding to the front sill/floor seam as some numpty has flattened the seam allowing it to rust. The floor pans are actually in great condition. The front upper arms are creaking.
