Hello, I am selling my E200 as I've just moved back home to save for a house and I have a mass of cars and my parents aren't too impressed with their driveway looking like a national car park. Also my daily journey has increased from a 10 mile round trip to a 100 mile round trip.
The car has been used as my daily hack getting me back and fore to work but now looking to sell all my cars and buy a dirty derv.
The car drives lovely and has been perfectly reliable for me. It has the later 5 speed automatic gearbox with electronic shift which works perfectly and to be honest probably makes up the cars value if you were to break it just on the gearbox and associated parts as they can be expensive for replacement parts for this but you'll be happy to read that this unit shifts perfectly with no issues.
The car has all the usual electrics (windows, central locking etc) which all work perfectly.
Only 3 owners on log book! Me and the 2 previous were father and son who are my neighbors!
Has MOT and taaaa.......fu DVLA.
4 good tyres
Good brakes
CD player (its curse word, but its free!)
It's solid underneath
Good interior
Not so great bits..............
Galactic mileage but it is all motorway miles, my neighbor did Newport to Staffordshire daily!
Private reg not included!
The car had a car park ding a few years ago which was just left a caused the passenger side front arch to rust away however the car is solid underneath, this just happened as the car was left exposed to the elements with no paint.
Drivers side REAR window regulator is broken but the motor works absolutely fine, I will have to fix the window up but just wanted to be honest.
It has a slight creak from one of the front shocks/springs, but it doesn't affect the way it drives.
The leds for the mileage have gone but if you shine a torch on it you can clearly read the mileage.
There may be a few things I haven't mentioned but feel free to call or message me.
Due to the mileage etc the car is sold as seen but as I'm sure your aware the gearbox and other good mechanicals and electrics are worth a lot more than the car so it would be perfect for someone to break.......
.....Which leads me to say that if I have enough interest in some of the bigger bits I may break the car myself.
