I got myself a new car so another of my fleet must go.
It is one of the last W202's with ESP and BAS.
It has covered a genuine 112,000 miles with V5, service booklet and old MOT's available.
The MOT is valid until 23/04/2015, there were no advisories on the last MOT except for a couple of tires which have been changed since.
It is very reliable and starts first time everytime regardless of weather or temperature, there are no fluid leaks and no fault codes whatsoever.
It is the Classic (base) version but being one of the last ones it still has a nice list of equipment including ice cold A/C, 4 power windows, power mirrors, remote keyless entry, ABS, ESP, BAS, front and side airbags, front fog lights, woodgrain console, etc...
There is also a nice Kenwood CD/MP3/WMA/USB stereo which I will leave in.
It has a the 136hp inline-4 engine and a 5-speed manual transmission which is not very common as most are automatics.
Obviously at this price point there are a few bad points:
- Only 1 key
- Bubbling around the arches although not as bad as some of the same vintage
- Very light scrape on the left hand side, can be seen on the pics
The car is located in Brighton, West Sussex BN2. License plates have been covered to prevent cloning but number/VIN are available on PM.
I am willing to swap or PX with cash my way for something smaller and preferably automatic.
