Hi, sadly letting my Accord go to a new owner due to needing a hatchback for incoming baby.
Good Bits:
I bought it June last year and it hasn't missed a beat, never once let me down in 10000 miles and just flew through an mot this month.
It comes with electric windows all round, electric sunroof, electric mirrors (all working) and a pretty much perfect interior except for one cigarette burn on the rear seats.
It has the 145bhp 2 litre vtec engine and really can move if you want it too but really is designed for to be a comfy cruiser which it is brilliant at.
Day to day I'm getting 35mpg and have even seen 40 on a run so not too bad for the size of car.
Since buying it I've done a lot of preventative maintenance as I was planning on keeping it forever, I've either done this work myself or paid to have done:
Oil and filter change
Air Filter
Pollen Filter
Cambelt, tensioners and water pump ( receipts to prove from Halfords Autocentre)
Dizzy Cap and Rotor Arm.
Front Brake Discs and pads
Fitted the alloys from a volvo v40 with two new Uniroyal Rain experts on the front and two Michelens with 5mm of tread on the back.( I still have the original steels and 3 original wheel trims if buyer wants them.)
I will be removing my dab headunit and refitting the cassette radio I got with it but can leave the dab ariel in place or remove it.
Bad Bits:
It has a fair few marks on the paintwork but no more than any other 16 year old car, the largest bit of damage being a dented in passenger door I have tried to photograph (looks worse in photographs than it is.)
Air con no longer blows cold.
Now I've written all this down I know I'm going to regret letting it go for so little so you better be quick before I change my mind.
I've already bought a V6 mondeo to replace so no part ex please.
