2000 plate Vw T4 transporter - Dayvan conversion - Phase 2
Long wheel base
1.9td engine with intercooler
140k miles - engine has been taken out, head cylinder pressure tested and skimmed, head gasket replaced along with waterpump, timing belt and oil pick up pump.
Gearbox has been reconditioned but possibility of needing to aquire a new 1 as the diff does slip. Turbo has also been replaced.
Full respray (including engine bay and door shuts - 4 months ago) Colour; 2014 Vw Pure grey from the T5 range - colour coded bumpers and wing mirrors - roof yet to be resprayed (it was going black), there is no rust or corrosion, the arches are fine and the wheel wells are clean.
18" Audi TT alloys resprayed black - needs tyres as old ones wernt worth putting back on.
The rear has been converted - Gas powered Fridge and Cooker, carpetted walls, lino flooring, curtains, surfboard clips, benches with fold down board fors bed/seating area
Lowered 50mm, Tinted windows, metal crosshatch step covers, towbar, clear indicator lenses
Electric windows and Power assisted steering.
Bonnet bra included but not on van, other spare parts included due to me selling up.
Service history, V5 and key present.
Please note, This van is an ongoing project - the engine needs to be refitted after bieng taken out for respray and engine servicing, there are a few little odds n sods to get it back together properly but all in all everything is there and its a lovely van, very straight bodywork, mechanically and structurally sound.
Its a shame i don't have the time of facilities to complete it and get maximum money for it but thats how it goes so the offer is there for the taking for you to complete it and have a lovely van or simply make some money. I have worked with volkswagens for almost 10 years now so i know this isnt far away from bieng able to be taken down for mot as soon as the engine is fitted.
It has a bit of history as it was graffitti sprayed by an artist named EZPZ but with little interest i had to respray it to get it to a neutral colour.
The van is located in North Devon
It will need to be trailered away wich i can help with delivery to you if you give me a postcode i can get a decent qoute from a freind or you can aquire your own means of transport.
The van is priced to sell, Vw scener's know the value of these van's when complete
