I took the Rickman up to Stoneleigh on Monday for a very enjoyable day out at the kit car show and took some photos so I will let them show you a tiny fraction of what was there. Tribute's D Type inspired body on a triumpgh Spitfire chassis. Stratii. T70 Spyder. Very bright. Very cool. Dazzling. Black & Green.

There were a few retros parked up outside around the show fields as well. Saab. Gorgeous little Honda. Rickmen...yay! Several Ginetta's. Mini Marcos. Triking. Quite a tidy Dutton Sierra. Very subtle Cambridge on wide steels. Mirach. Wooden 6-wheeler Hustler. Lotus Elite in lovely colour and condition. Last but not least was this VW van. Well, that's about it until next year then.

The excellent quality of modern kit cars does much to dispel their unfortunate image of old. Great photos

Nope, we are both wrong, it's a Leopard Mirach produced between 1988 - 92 and designed by Chris Field running a 4-ltr Rover V8 and apparently capable of 150+mph. Not too shabby in either looks or performance and pretty damn rare.

Great photos The fit and finish is certainly better than it has ever been and I am glad you liked my snaps. Several Ginetta's. So much want for one of these at the moment thankyou for sharing They have made some very good looking cars over the years and are definitely on my bucket list of wants. the wheels on the red ginetta are teh awesomez from hazy memory are they like on the A-team van? They are a great looking wheel if you can find a set and suit the car pretty well.

Several Ginetta's. Fiesta mk1 glass and doors - never noticed that before. Last but not least was this VW van. Anyone know what the rims are on that VW T5? - They're amazing. (as long as your brakes don't get too hot)

^^ That T5 is local to me. Seen it a couple of times in Staplehurst. Never noticed the plates on it before. If I had to hazard a guess , I would say it belongs to Car Builder Solutions...
