So in a oversight that is typically 'me' I'd forgotten that I'd put myself down to organise the stand for us Northerners this year. I realise that what needs doing is far from 'organising' however seeing as the stand passes arrived yesterday, I guess I ought to get a bit of a list going. The stand passes will be available from me all weekend, or alternatively if you're arriving for the Sunday only, PM me in the next week or so and we can organise me (or a designated representative) meeting you at the gate. So, who wants in? 1)mk14dr - Volvo 940 2) morrisoxide - Mercury? 3) stealthstylz - Fatboy? 4) rtlkyuubi - ? 5) penski - ? 6) foxy - ? any more for any more? Also the convoy down. I'm planning on being at Woolley Edge services around 2ish, though I am flexible if it means we can get a decent convoy together.

Bookmarked Well done for organising tickets I know what days I'm camping but not yet sorted out where I'm stopping on the way down or on way back. Sounds simple but I'm trying to sort a 10-day holiday / mini-tat tour ... starting in less than a week Best put me down as a "maybe - probabily not" for the convoy & stand. Wander over and have a chat if you see me around the site on Friday or Saturday - just look for the scruffy green Hunter

Consider yourself booked onto the stand though Are you on the official campsite? If not drop me a PM and I'll get a pass to you.

I'm pretty sure that the mardy tw@ I work for won't let me escape until 15.30, plus I have to load the beer on board, and that might take a while...
If anyone wants to meet up on the way down - probably escape Scunny at 4pm ish, M18, M1 etc I promise I'll keep it below a ton so's you can keep up.
I'm pretty certain the Mx5 is too new (2003) but it is a pretty little thing.... I'd be happy to have it on a Grim Up North stand, if you're happy to have it, there may be a bottle of home brew in it for you. If not it'll linger on it's own in the campsite. I'll try to catch y'all on the friday night and we'll figure what you want to do.

Is the MX5 stock? No matter, either way you're welcome on the stand. You should have no bother finding me hanging around on the campsite near my Volvo.

Nice one, Mx5 is standard ish except for added chrome tat, I'm sure we can figure if it's worthy or not over the weekend, I'll not be too heartbroken if it's deemed too 'normal' Will keep an eye out, although we'll be busy arguing over putting the tent up when we arrive.... Really looking forward to the average speed cameras that go on for milezzz and milezzzz on the M1...

Anyone from the Proper North want to roll down together? A nice idea but I'm heading southwards sometime Thursday daytime. Beware roadworks (*lots* of speed limits at "roadworks" - most with no workmen ) also average speed cameras, and I got told yesterday that there's a zero-tolerance campaign targeting speed limits this month around the North East. Have fun, have a safe trip, see you there

Is the time at Woolley Edge still 2pm?
I might be able to make it for then if I can leave work early enough, but don't hang on for me.
