Hmmm, money no object garage... Lotus Esprit turbo - just because it was my teenage poster car Ford RS Escort Mk1 - my dad helped design it at AVO, and drove one in Rally Cross for a while Audi ur quattro - complete game changer plus it sounds amazing Ford RS 200 - a bit of an affinity for Fords and rallying and Gp B in particular, plus I wanted something obscenely quick Range Rover - not sure which mk, but one of the earlier one, perhaps even a 3-door CSK with an Overfinch conversion Volvo P1800ES - my dad was going to get one when I was young...only to find out me and my sister couldnt fit in the back, so he bought an Anglia instead BMW 6-series E24 - only BMW I really like LR 101 - why? Just because everybody needs something big and green in their lives. Plus it would be fun looking down on all the 4x4 drivers. Opel Monza - always loved the shape Aston Martin DB7 - had to have something speedy and wafty

1. Lancia 037: 2. Peugeot 205 T16 3. Street registered Porsche 962 4. Chevrolet 3100 Panel van 5. Yntegrale 6. VW Phaeton W12 7. Citroen Traction Avant 8. Lancia Aurelia B10 B20 9. Citroen XM Then I realised I didn't have a single convertible, so... 10. Lancia Aurelia B24 I genuinely tried to avoid too many Lancias, hence the T16 over the S4! Nothing to do with how much easier it may be to drive! Cheers Duncan

Sorry no pictures, my wish list,
1 66 Pontiac GTO - my first automotive love!
2 Iso Grifo Lusso - Stunningly beautiful and simultaneously brutal, V8 grunt, rare as hens teeth, why wouldn't you want one?
3 Triumph 2.5 MkII Pi Estate - Preferably with Skyline Turbo power, retro load lugger extraordinaire!
4 Lotus Carlton - The ultimate Q car!
5 Ford Consul Capri GT - with added Cosworth goodness of couse! A pocket Thunderbird for British roads.
6 Lamborghini Muira P400 - The prettiest and least vulgar of all the supercars.
7 Lotus/Westfield/Caterham 7 - A true no frills, no nonsense, out and out sports car.
8 Ford Zodiac mkII Convertible - Mays head and 3 Webers, but otherwise stock, Top down and cruise in style!
9 Vauxhall Nova 2 door saloon - NA Redtop, wheels and lows, for the Sainsburys run!
10 My Vauxhall powered Triumph Toledo - Cos there's too much of me in it ever to part with it!
Steve

3) Riley MPH (assuming that I'm not too tall to fit in one) 4) Lagonda ('70s William Towns one) 5) Austin-Healey 100 but with the Austin boat anchor replaced by a Riley 2.5 twin cam (as fitted to the first Healeys) & matching overdrive gearbox. 6) My grandfather's old Merc 600 Grosser (google pic rather than the exact one) 7) My father's old Riley Lynx Sprite (original brochure pic rather than the exact one) 8) Jensen FF 9) Alvis TD21 S2 drophead, on steels rather than wires. 10) Autovia - not fussed as to whether saloon or limo. And no, I won't be liberating that triple cam hemi V8 for a VSCC racer... (I already own 1 & 2, but would finish restoring both, fit some nice wheels to the Amazon and a Shorrock blower to the Sprite.)

Daily Summer Ride - Austin Healey 3000 (This was hard, wanted something classy and open topped. With this kind of list I decided not to pick anything I could potentially realistically own without winning the lottery): 2nd Summer ride Choice would have to be something with a targa top, so I reckon Ferrari F355: Daily Winter Ride - Bowler Wildcat (Considered Jeep Renegade or Defender, but those are too close to potentially achievable): Workhorse - Mid 50's Chevy (not too fussy on this!) pickup/tow truck like this: Track Toy - Capri Rs2600: Weekend Toys: A muscle car. I'm a fickle person, and my mind changes often on which is my favourite, usually between a '69 Mustang, a '67-69 Camaro, or an early 70s Cuda. As I spotted this one in the for sale forum, this is my current muscle car crush: It seems I have a slot to spare so I'll take a Camaro too please: Impala (like this, but I think I'd want a blower - f*** subtelty!) This wasn't on my list until I had a dream about a car much like this one: 250 swb. Enzo Ferrari was so wrong when he called the e-type the most beautiful car ever made. He'd already made it: f40. I'm a sucker for peer pressure. Between gas Monkey Garage, Chris Harris's video, and Forza, I recently fell in love with these:
