Excellent info, thanks everyone for the organisation and the info up front, means we know what will be going on and what we need to keep an eye out for over the weekend. For the Hill Climbers I'll do something very specific info wise later this week - replicate most of the Info pack stuff because I've nearly got those finished

Up to what year of manufacture can a ride be in the Sunday show. I read something about a month back but can't find it again. My ride is 2000 on a W. Thanks

Around 95, but we prefer earlier. Club stands have a bit of leeway to display the diversity of their clubs.

Question! My mates Golf may (read very probably) won't be ready for next weekend. Can he bring his Z3 camping or is it just retros for the camping? It is 19 years old, slammed and smoothed on deep dish wheels if that makes a difference!

Great, thought that'd be the case but didn't want him driving 3 hours on my assumption!

Camping wise - is it 100% no entry after 10pm on Friday? Got a friend coming from about 3 hours away and he can't leave work until 7

b3nson My view (organisers view may differ) I really just look after the Hill element and help out with other stuff where I'm asked. Yes campsite entrance closes at 10pm & no vehicle movements after that point Why? Well when you camp normally you get to have a few beers - chill out with mates but that does mean that there are a few slightly inebriated but happy/chilled out people wandering about socialising Now we'd rather "they" didn't walk into a moving car Now there are always circumstances that require resolution - We've had people late due to traffic accident (not them thankfully) or they've had mechanical issues that's made them delayed in terms of arrival Turn up after 10 and it's likely you get asked to park up by the entrance (or even down the church lane might be another option) so no further movement of the vehicle around the campsite. You'll have to carry your gear to pitch up with your mates - if all your mates help it's easily and quickly resolved and then you can catch up with a few beers and move the car to your pitch the next morning. Repeat - this is my view but wouldn't I expect Security to turn someone away because they arrived a little after 10pm - I'd expect an sensible compromise like I outlined above...... Mind you me being me I'd probably just explain to the security team that you have someone arriving close to closure and they'd probably work something out along the lines I've suggested.
