For a while now i've been thinking about being an owner of a beach buggy, but as of yet i've not managed to get one. So, show me yours, or any photos you've found of them. I'm gonna lead off with a photo of my Brothers Beach Buggy project that he started sometime around the start of the millenium... No, it's still not finished yet! So show me what you've got!

To my mind these two represent the archetype of how a beachbuggy should look, wide steel wheels with little chrome hubcaps, and for some reason they always look best in orange. Must be because it looks so fun and summery. Just what we need on a day like today.

This thread is the devil. One of my relatives has a "66 bikini top.
Those sand rails look the ding dongs. Cheap potential to build one is tempting.

I've always wanted a flaked green one like the Manx picture but having no garage has stopped me taking the plunge. Maybe one day.

I've been very close to buying one of these, their brilliantly impracticalness doesn't put me off as much as their lack of character in the four seater setup. I'm happy for someone to prove me wrong on that though.....
