1999 Ford Focus Ghia, 2.0 16v Zetec.
Mileage 95,840.
Service History, 6 months MoT (mid June 2016).
Drives well and starts first time.
Very tidy and low miles for its age.
All the usual Ghia refinements including Aircon & CD Multi changer.
Currently taxed, but as per the new rules tax is not transferable.

Minus points.
It will probably need two tyre's on the front fairly soon.

This is no clunker, it really does drive very well.
Only 3 previous owners.
Ford history for the first 5 years, then the same local garage until the last service at 93k in March 2015.

Cambelt and water pump changed at 72k.

The drive is a little crowded at the moment, so the first £325 takes it.

I'm with you, far better not to follow the crowd

Also as with this one, usually far better maintained by previous owners than the hatches.

Same with old Volvos. The estates tend to be trashed, with the (even) uglier saloons generally being owned and kept by old boys who use them lightly.
