Its come time to retire the wifes beloved 306 and she'd rather it go to someone who can fix it up and use it then it get scrapped.
Its a 1997 306 L 1.9 non-turbo diesel in blue, done 177/178k (will double check once home)
Good Bits
Interior is in ok condition
No rust
Oily Bits in good working order (had new alternator, timing & aux belt, clutch and battery in past two years)
Great on fuel (its been used for commuting to Gaydon, Oxford & Worcester and returns 40-50 mpg)
Bad Bits
Paint is rubbish (lots of areas of laquer lift and several battle scars!)
Radiator fan doesn't kick in (stopped working after the last alternator change, hasn't bothered us in the cold weather but will need sorting as it heats up in traffic)
Exhaust leak somewhere near the front (possibly loose heatshield)
Knocking noise from the back (possibly needs a new rear box and rear ARB)
MOT runs out 1st Feb
Car is located 5 mins from Junction 2 of the M5, will most likely be available after this weekend but definitely after Tuesday 26th January, so grab yourself a cheap runaround!
