Went up here with the top down and me wooly hat on this morning! Met up with Paul and his wife Jacquie in their white '66 notchback and we drove up to Ryhope and got parked together. aood start to the season, considering the weather was supposed to be pants. Left a bit earlier than I really should have, but that meant that I missed driving home in the violent hailstorm that started five minuted after I landed home! Here's some pics...
This next one was an amazing piece of kit. Paul and I both 'meerkatted' when it pulled in as it was making decidedly V8 noises. The owner gave us a guided tour later on:
That's a 32-valve Ferrari V8 driving the front wheels!
...and here's where my phone decided to die. Other highlights included a nice '69 Camaro, a blue '66 notch, a red SN95 convertible and a very nice-sounding V6 S197 fastback which I think comes from Darlington.
