This weekend was the first time I've camped at the gathering since mallory park and I really enjoyed it. Was just like the old days. So a short list: Thanks to Kev, Tigran and Al for running the tat auction last night, that was a first for me and great fun. I also scored a bargain Brabham manifold so thanks to whoever donated that in the first place. Thanks to all the cool people I met and who took the time to come over and chat. Big thanks to foxy for guiding me most of the way there and the 'Grim up north' crew for having me on the stand. Most of all I'd like to thank all the organisers and RR staff that made it happen in the first place. Looking in from the outside, it looked incredibly well organised and everything seemed to run like clockwork. The standard of behaviour was good on the campsite with the exception of one turd who felt the need to wheelspin through the sloppy mud all the way round (well done hero) and facilities were top notch. Looking forward to RRG17 Thanks Ross

Yep, another massive thanks to all the organisers and participants (except the couple of people who think the best way to drive through mud is to bounce it off the limiter and churn it up for everyone else.... You know who you are!) from me. Everyone from the security staff who were friendly and helpful, to the 'behind the scenes' people, to anyone else I can't think of. And of course the one and only kevfromwales who makes the tat auction what it is! Massive thanks to you all, we all had a great time and will be back again next year!

Huge thanks from MrsSE and I too! Finished work at 0020, back up at 0300, drove down from Teesside and took our spot on the Grim Up North stand. .. though we only caught a couple of our compatriots loitering about as I was off hunting down food, cars, food and food!
Really well organised event and a terrific atmosphere - will be camping next year for sure! Thanks to all the organisers and staff who made it possible!

I lost all my non-engine electrics as soon as I joined the M1, so sorted that out in the first services as the idea of no wipers wasn't giving me a warm fuzzy feeling.
Had no demister or complete gearbox tunnel and arrived as the skies really opened. Well, I think they did but I couldn't see anything because of the water on both sides of the windscreen.
Arrived with a slightly sick car as I'd made a mistake when doing the timing belt and the crank was one tooth out. The lovely people in the tents near me sorted that out and anyone who stopped to chat was really friendly.
Then on Sunday the car ran spot on and despite a slipping clutch at the start and me being a granny around the top S's felt great.
Excellent event and I'll be bugging friends to camp next year.

Made it from Cornwall for another great RRG!
Many thanks to all involved.
Never seen so many cool cars on the M5!
Best bit for me is the eclectic mix of vehicles and great, friendly atmosphere.
Some awesome cars on the hill and just enough damp stuff to make it interesting.
Roll on next year!!

Add me to the list of thankful members here. Our second gathering went swimmingly (pun intended) despite Saturday nights weather, thanks in no small part to the hospitality of MonzaPhil and company. Apologies to bstardchild for collecting a fair amount of campsite and depositing it at the bottom of the hill. I promise I didn't know about the hose pipe until I was already boxed in. And thanks for putting the RWYB session together in such a way that us newcomers couldn't get it wrong. We'll certainly be back for more next year. A.J

Yesterday was a great day! I've got approximately one million photographs to process... (OK maybe not quite that many). Lovely to see everyone that I got to catch up with, a big round of applause for Tash & Keith, David, and everyone else involved with organising everything. A++ Would Go Again

Once again another great event. Got more than my fair share of runs up the hill In the Cadillac hearse, might have to sort out another "special" vehicle for next year though Oh and thanks for Mr Blobby making a special visit on the Saturday night, that was a highlight for me to see a hero of mine !
