Every year i see very few saturday pic threads. and to me, personally i go mainly for the friday and saturday. the show day is just another thing.
We arrived friday early evening after a hateful M5 journey, and the air conditioning in my laguna was slightly too cold, so had to turn the temperature up a bit.
I cut straight to the chase and popped open a bottle of rose id had for ages because i'm a classy lady. haha
we got our little camp set up, even more than last year. generator, xbox, projector, bbq, 3 cookers, bean stove, sofa. everything you could need.
I was in the repmobil again this year after failing to fix my 309, so decided to add a hood ornament in RRG fashion. (Although to be fair a mk1 laguna rti sport must be close to being retro with some btcc liveries applied )
Then had a bit of a walk around and look at some of the cars
i don't know who owns this miata, but mega kudos on building one that is actually different, id like to know more of it if there is a thread.

There were many funky contraptions, including this little nipper.

The R31 made me slightly uncomfortable in a certain way, it looked good from every angle, and sounded absolutely stunning! I didnt care much for the (in my opinion tacky) prius repellant sticker on the back, but hey its his car and his money so every thing is fair game
as you can see the campsite is a great show on its own.
Its a very chilled environment on the saturday, with many folk sitting down around a fire with beers and mates, just playing music and laughing, which is what its all about.

with night upon us, it was time for a bit more alcohol, some fast and furious, and some Forza, gotta get them skidz in.
and thats all my pics. didnt manage to get any of phantom Blobby, but i saw him around. He got wiped out too! (But everyone was drunk so all is well)
