Hi. I've decided to sell one of our Delicas, it's a '91 J-reg L300 Delica Super Exceed 2.5td auto. I've been using it as a van for 2 years and have stealth camped in it a couple of times. It is a little scruffy but very reliable and has taken me all over the country several times. I do have seats and carpet for the back or it could be sold as it is, empty, as I was going to camper convert the rear but I've decided to hunt for a manual transmission version, I'm simply not a fan of autos. It has about 10 months MOT for which I had some welding done and patched the exhaust up. Price dependant on the interior I suppose. Previous owner (2.5 years ago) had new shock absorbers, timing belts done and fuel pump rebuilt. www.flickr.com/gp/49420439@N07/8Jf9dp

You need to use photo hosting site like Flickr, Photophuqup, Imgur etc then insert image tags.
How does auto compare on fuel to the manual version?
Always liked the look of these guessing they drive like a Shogun with a bit more body roll?

"To Big block or not to Big block?" Thats the question!

Thanks, I'll try to sort that out tomorrow. I've heard maybe 2 or 3 mpg different between the transmissions, I just like full control of gear decision making! They drive surprisingly well, not too much like a shogun really other than the power delivery, they are monocoque unlike the shogun with its separate chassis. Body roll isn't as bad as they look like it would be. I love the forward control driving position and excellent visibility. Admittedly a bit more power would be nice but very happily cruises at 70.

If at first you don't succeed........ ....Don't try skydiving!

Ok so I'm obviously a bit special. There is no add photos button in the reply section or the edit post section and all I can seem to do with Flickr is copy URL (as above but photo hasn't appeared)

I'm guessing the one on eBay with 5.0 v8 would satisfy your requirements? Look at this on eBay www.ebay.co.uk/itm/132146461880I use old style method of copy and paste the img URL works fine on Android phone. Will try new style as need to put a couple of pictures up.

Price lowered. I will also include a white bull bar for the front which could do with a tidy up. There's also £35 of diesel in it!
