A couple of years ago, I started a monthly meet up for Skoda Owners, at the RAF Waddington Aircraft Viewing Enclosure, just outside of the city of Lincoln, on the A15 between Lincoln and Sleaford. We meet up on the 1st Sunday of each month at 1pm. Over the last few months we have been inviting owners of Classic, Custom, American vehicles to join us. There is parking for approximately 200+ vehicles, and hot food and drink is available on site. All parking is on concrete, so no problems with slammed vehicles etc.
We are easy to find, being situated alongside the main A15, directly opposite Avro Vulcan XM607, the Vulcan which took part in the 1982 Black Buck mission and successfully dropped a bomb on the runway at Port Stanley, during the 1982 Falklands War.
DO NOT follow the signs for RAF Waddington, as this will take you to the main gates of the airfield. Follow the A15 towards Sleaford, where you will pass the end of the runway, and the car park is situated on the left hand side, just after the runway.
