anyone want a T plate 1.7 Puma for £0 ?
it served me well for a few months when i was between Saabs.
it has its issues. the usual Puma ones. In spades. but it drives OK and isn't that shabby really.
it's probably corroded to the point of being dead but i haven't checked and i have no interest in crawling underneath it to do so. it'll start and run fine-ish but i'm keeping the new battery that's on it. i'll stick some fuel in it and jump start it but you're on your own after that !!
somebody loved it once - there's a nice hardback book thingy about it in the glovebox but it wasn't me. clearly, it has no history file but i believe that a previous owner may have trusted it enough to put children in it on account of the princess/fairy type decals i removed from the centre console. it may also have once belonged to someone with a pony judging by the amount of hoss food i swept out of the boot (which, suspiciously, is just about hay bale sized)
it has the heated front screen which might be worth having but who knows ?
still drives but MoT expired last week and SORNd. must confess, it drove well when i was using it and was fun (in an underpowered, shonky kind of way). didn't crash or bang too much, started, went round corners (well) and stopped OK. although it is a little disconcerting when the digital dash crashes and you're left wondering how long before it reboots (which it always does. eventually).
it's at my workplace in Slough, it needs gone - help yourselves but must go in the next 7-10 days.
regards
paul
