1994 Escort RS Cosworth

Been dreaming of an Escort RS Cosworth for 25 years so I thought it was time I bought myself one

So back in the Summer I purchased this very rare in Moondust Silver Lux version

I have had it out to some big shows (Ignition Festival of Motoring, Scottish Air Show & NEC Classic Motor Show)

Back in July I was contacted by Wheeler Dealers and asked if they could use it for the UK launch of the new series on the Discovery Live stage at the NEC so attached are some photos from that

I got to drive my car onto the stage on the Sunday and be interviewed by Mike & Ant, unfortunately my wife is very ill in hospital so I was unable to do that on the other show days, however it was driven on by Mike on those days





Car designer Frank Stephenson was also there and kindly said hello and signed my car







Also bumped in to Salvage Hunter Drew Pritchard back stage who was asking if I would sell my car





Some media this week about the new series of Wheeler Dealers has featured my car, I have seen this and also a video interview with Mike, first UK episode is on New Year`s day 2018

I finally bought my Dream car last year a Lancia Delta Integrale (blue lagos) and had been promising to buy one for the last 25ish years
Bought this in Modena Italy and trying to enjoy every second of it
sometimes I just sit in the garage and stare at it (sad I know) but god was it worth it

Would this be an T3 turbo on this or is it one of the later T25 items?

Time to lower it again I think, the coil overs were screwed up so that the front splitter cleared the NEC stage ramp

absolutely stunning mate, honestly thats about as perfect as its gets imo.

the escos was the cosworth that i grew up with had many posters/models and the old tamiya rc car back when i was a kid.

A fella in my parents street owned one for years and sold it about 2 months ago i think hes regretting it already.
