I’m listing for sale my X-reg Rover 25 in metallic British Racing Green with a 1.4L petrol engine and manual transmission. The vehicle was registered in September 2000 and boasts a low mileage of 31,929 miles as of today (30/12/2017). The current MOT expires in June 2018. Car features include tape deck, remote control locking and power-assisted steering. The car is sold complete with two sets of keys, original handbook, radio-codes and various receipts/service history.
I purchased the vehicle from my stepfather this summer as a stop-gap whilst looking for another car, becoming its third owner. Previously to that, the owner was an elderly gentleman who had purchased the car new. Under my ownership, I’ve taken the opportunity to give the car a refresh – it’s received two new front tyres, a general service and a deep clean to bring it to the standard you see in the photographs. Condition I would describe as very good for the age; there are a few small dings and marks as to be expected for a 17-year-old car, the worst being a small dent above the rear wheel arch (please see photographs) and small dings on the front wing and driver’s door (also photograph). The only fault I’m aware of is the non-working sunroof; potentially a quick-fix for someone with the right know how. With such a low mileage, the mechanical condition of the car is excellent. At the most recent MOT, it passed with no advisories.
Having now found the car I was looking for, it’s time for the Rover and me to part ways. It’s been reliable during our time together and I’m keen to see it go to a good home. Test drives, viewings and all questions are welcomed, although no timewasters or tyre kickers please.
Please contact me via messenger or mobile (07881 963251) to arrange a viewing. Similarly, please feel free to carry out an HPI or other history checks via the usual services; registration is X751 JBH.
Thanks for viewing,
Ryan.
