For those who don't know, this is a rare model with a 1.6GTi shell, suspension and trim as standard, but with a turbo diesel engine.
This makes for a fast, ultra reliable, economic car that also handles exceptionally well.
The bodywork is okay. There are a few dings and scratches.
Mechanically, the car is good.
The passengers door doesn't open at the minute as it needs some of the mechanism changed, I have this, but no time to fit it.
PAS pump is a little noisy/steering heavier than usual.
Timing belt changed around 2 months ago.
It has 8 months MOT.
£1200 with GTI alloys, £1100 on standard STDT alloys.
Would swap + cash my way for a MK2 Polo.
