After driving around in various non retro modern boxes for the last 5 year and a divorce I can finally have a car on my terms that I want. Always loved T-top cars and this came up locally from a friend 1992 Nissan 100nx 1.6 manual 77k on the clock with full history And a full MOT Checked the usual rear turrets for rust and it's clean as a whistle. The full front end has grown on me plans are to lower with a set of wheels (not sure what yet open to suggestions ) and to enjoy it for the summer. The sun came out today for a short while so had the top off My mini human loved driving with the roof down too

if modded I'd say sunny but personally I'd leave it fuggly. looks like a nice original motor.

firm believer in the k.i.s.s and f.i.s.h principles.

Fc front end looks almost factory. Very cool. How about the fc but aftermarket kit.

Custom? Leaving frt panel work alone with flush covers or some std round or even square lights in the light recess surrounded by grille? Original lights moved forward with 'eye-brows' added to fill the resulting gaps. Actually "just" some eyelids over the existing recess to reduce height, either not blocking the lights or moveable with door lock solenoids like some pop-ups.

Went to see a mate's 100nx last night , his is currently sitting with a JP spec sr20 in it 210bhp , he currently has 6 different spec SR20 engines and gearboxes ready. I'm very tempted

I would say keep the 100NX front and lower it on some decent wheels.
An SR20 would be rather excellent as well

I like this a lot, those FC front end swaps are crazy cool. But the original front is smart.

These have really grown on me since the summer car thread, I didn't even know they existed until the photo of one was posted! Also a big fan of 3 spoke alloys

Looks great.... Remember a kid at college had one of these for years.
Got banned in it, kept it off the road, then had it painted etc. Ready for his license back
