Door loom rubber boot conduit

I'm currently fitting electric Windows and central locking to a vehicle that would never of had them
So I need to run some wires between the A post and door hence I need this boot

Can anyone point me in the right direction
Either an after market one or something already in use

Criteria
It needs to be round at both end for easy fitting
And as it only needs 6 or so wires in it the smaller in diameter the better

I went scrap yard rummaging for mine. Ended up with ones off a metro.

We normally use Range Rover classic boots.Might be a bit large for what you want as hole size is about 25mm.What ever ones you fit always drill holes stepped i.e. One hole lower than other as the wiring turns rather than stretches.
