Cast alloy inlet - welding?

Hi all , need a quick second opinion, have a jenvey inlet with a 10p sized hole for a servo I presume? But i do not want to run one and i don't want to just bung it up restricing air flow. Ideally would like it to be welded up with a patch to keep £ down (rather than buying a new one)

Can this be done to cast alloy , and also can anyone recommend anyone in the south east area to do the small job? Kent/london/ essex/ sureey

Sorted now.. araldite steel... so far seems to have done the job

I was going to suggest getting a bung made up and squeezed in if it wasn't for that last reply

If you do decide to do the welding route, angel welding in new addington.
