I think you may have the same bug as someone else who contacted me earlier, I have a fix I need to get time to deploy the fix! Currently packing day ticket orders (took the afternoon of work !on my birthday! to do it).

Are there going to be any infopacks/track tickets or something like that send out? It's been a while since I did an RR trackday, but I remember reading about it. If yes, are they on their way already? I'm leaving next week Thursday very early, and post is kinda slow at my place. I've got no problem picking something up on Friday or so if needed.

Looking forward to driving around goodwood!

I'm not 100% sure, i believe so but i've had that much going on. If not i'll be fetching it anyway so if there is any chance i'll be ready.

After some email and facebook bothering of you guys I've been directed here with questions. Apologies if they're explained by a simple RTFM!

I do not have a helmet, and neither will my passenger. Will we be able to rent any on site?

If not, will open face ones suffice as I MAY be able to purchase one in time.

Secondly, I am booked on the afternoon slot with a black '86 924S.. And I am not sure if I've filled out all the relevant forms mentioned. - Can you confirm this from your end. - Don't want to turn up on the day missing vital info.

Yes but we don't guarantee avaliability - they could be also quite sweaty if handed round

Open face is fine - they don't need to be FIA approved if it meets the requirement for motorcycle use it's OK for the track

Next bit I can't answer till tomorrow as I don't have access to the database - however it is important to recognise that the on-line form filling is to speed up sign on so we don't get a bunch or stressed people worrying that they aren't going to get on track in time - it's a show ID, Sign disclaimer which is all pre-filled with details and then date it......

If a few people have to fill out the details it's not going to slow anything down much if at all - if it was 40 people then we'd have an issue...............

I'm just wondering if everyone or anyone has received their track information pack at all as I've not had anything as yet. I know the team are super busy so I thought id ask here.

Ive also just received an email from Ian regarding me not providing the next of kin details etc, which I had 100% done when the confirmation for track time came through. I have done it again and submitted it but was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue?

Really looking forward to the event!

Hi All the packs and passes are going out tomorrow first class

I normally use the disclaimer details to double check addresses are correct because in the past I’ve had some issues with packs going to old addresses where people have moved and not updated paypal address

If anyone is in that situation ping me a mail so I do send it to the right address please

However it seems we have a little systems issue with disclaimer details I can’t see them and the download I got revealed a lot appeared to be missing - hence why I sent out a bunch of emails and got a bunch of it no worky for me emails back

HoTWire is trying to fix it

Same for me as well, pretty sure I did fill in the form last week, but it's not there now.

Yep Pretty sure admin has fixed it now

There may have been a data clear out by accident but appreciate everyones patience and efforts if they have had to do things twice
