Hi,
With my car finally in my own garage, I've let go of my rental. I've had a spill of atf due to a ruptured gearbox cooling hose, so I'm pretty sure the inspector will not be thrilled. I'd like to clean this up somewhat...
What is the best way to give it a try??
Keep in mind I have no power or water there. So any water I need to bring myself so I need to keep this pretty simple.
I don't want to make it worse in any case.
Thanks in advance!

buy the cheapest cat litter and that should sort it out after a few days. just pick it up re apply some fresh and continue a few times. Always worked miles better than ANY driveway cleaner I got my hands on!

Lots of washing powder , a little water and a little action with a stiff brush and leave for a while , then rinse off .

Coca-Cola cleans grease and oil from concrete The cheaper the better I’ve found (when using Cola as a cleaner, degreaser or cooling system flush). Lidl or Aldi, basically...

Pretty much as above, Lidl/Aldi cat litter, £1:80 for 10kg, then Cola or Pepsi Max. Cheaper than brake cleaner. I always keep an old ice cream tub with a couple of kg of cat litter in the garage now, mops up oil faster than anything else.

Thanks all, I'll see what I can do... The lack of water on site may prove cumbersome. I may just chance it. Going to sweep it all out this evening so I'll have a better idea of what I'm dealing with.
