Just like to say a massive "THANK YOU" to all involved in setting up and running the Weekender I attended both days and enjoyed every minute of it...and have decided that I MUST have something worthy ready for next year! Well done everyone!

I was hoping someone would have started a Thank You thread Just wanted to say - on behalf of all of us from the 02forum - a massive thank you to all of those involved in setting up and running the event. It was better than last year (an achievement in itself!) as there were many, small changes that added up to a big difference from my perspective. I absolutely loved the chance to drive on the circuit and- just like last year - revelled in the variety and quality of the metal when i wasn't on track. Everyone i met and talked to was super-friendly, which is something you don't find at every event. You lot knocked it out of the park

Excellent event. Better than last year so can't wait to see what happens next.
I really enjoyed the autosolo. Sorry for having to get a push back into the paddock from the track. Battery terminal came off and driftworks lent me a spanner. The marshalls were also outstanding.
The herald survived and can return to a relaxing break of getting me to and from work now.

Bloody superb, you bunch of fox-picture lunatics curseword smashed it again Never seen anyone as happy as VIP scampering to turn away an Aston Martin from the gate... because too new and not cool enough. And it warmed my heart to see HoTWire still giddy as a schoolgirl despite clearly being more stressed than the cables in the Golden Gate and tired enough to sleep standing up. All over a star-shaped scaffold pole. All the people who give up so much time; not just on the event days but in the weeks leading up to it, take a bow. You're all superb, wonderful people (except Dan, who I'm not even sure if he's human ) and we really don't deserve you. And bstardchild , who I didn't get to talk to AGAIN; it's only because I'm a figment of your imagination. I don't really exist. Soz EDIT to say why has VIP's name turned into ... oh, I see Very clever.

plus 1 with the thanks to all concerned in the organisation. Last year was great, this year was even better. Some fantastic cars and great track action. Has to be the show of the season for me. Already looking forward to next year's!

Currently driving a '68 Karmann Ghia as my daily. Don't ask about previous cars - there have been way too many and I stopped counting at 160!

Amen to that.
Hands down the best car show I've been to...ever!
Big love for anyone who showed interest in my motor, and it was great to put faces to names from here.

Another great show and definitely a step up on last year (not that last year was in anyway bad). Loved the addition of the arcade games in the shell building for the Saturday night, enjoyed watching the autosole on Sunday too. Hopefully I can make it in something worthy of being in the show area next year This picture sums up one reason why I enjoyed this show so much. One minute you have a full on race car doing the autosole, then the next you have this hero hooning around it

Thanks to all for a memorable weekend. Brilliantly organised and Run.Campers were pretty well behaved, and the field didn’t look too bad when we left mid afternoon apart from a couple of lazy fox faces who couldn’t be bothered to carry their rubbish to the collection point👎🏻 Having walked around extensively both days, the sheer diversity of not only the cars, but owners and show goers was something that both samta22 and I commented on. Just for curiosity sake, how many tickets were sold, and out of that, how many are RR members? Car of the show was my personal choice as well. How’s about some random awards for things track related? This year the “ Johnny Bravo Big Plums award” must go to the Driver and Ballast boy in that little turbo charged panelvan....

Had a blast! Got track time last year and had great fun on the autosolo this year! Truly the best show around in mine and it seems many others opinions! A few mates of mine came along and all commented on how chilled out and great it was Truly stellar work RR crew!

Just going to echo what's already been said really Great weekend
And importantly a big thanks to all the organisers and helpers involved Whether it's in the paddock the office on the gate or behind a computer answering emails Theses are the people that make a show like this possible and because of their commitment to keep us happy they probably don't even get to see much of it themselves 👍
