Do power steering racks have a built in means of centralisation, regardless of were the wheels are pointing ? A guy at works car pulls one way, it's new and the wheel alignment is pretty much to the book.
I was running through all the things that could cause it and I wondered if the steering alignment was set but the rack wasn't perfectly centred you might get the rack fighting with where the car wanted to go.
