Trying to find 14inch or bigger wheels that take hubcaps

I have been trying to find 14 inch or larger steel wheels for my Astra, that will take chrome hubcaps.

I have a definite look i want for the car, I have the caps I want to fit, but I cant find any wheels that will suit. I have been searching in all the usual places, basically ebay, but to no avail.

The wheels have to be 14 inch or larger (as 13 inch will not fit over my brakes) and 4 x 100mm pcd , basic 4 stud metric vaux/opel fitment.

Anyone got any ideas of what to look for?

Probably easier to get any old wheels and weld some tabs on to accept the caps?

You need to find the wheels you need/want and then rivet these to them (or weld).

cheers guys, that's pretty much the conclusion i was getting to...strangely i am struggling to find wheels to my liking, I think i'm going to have to get them banded as well to provide the look i'm after as i can't find any metric deep dish steels at the moment.... i'll keep looking

Set of vw g60 banded steels on ebay. Maybe 8 or 9 wide.

Some Opel Rekord c had 14" hubcap wheels (most of them are 13", but the same wheel is available in 14".
Think they are quite rare these days.......

Thanks guys, but the search is on a back burner for now, some 'home issues' and a 'structural issue' on the project car has put a stop to my plans....this run of bad luck just keeps on getting better and better....

You will need to sort hub caps still though as they come with exposed centres.

I used k11 micra centre caps on my 4x100 wheels.
