Afternoon,
Iam looking to replace the rear wheel arch on my mk2 transit, does anyone have any advice, photos or videos on the best way to do this. I was going to cut and tuck the arch and stick the joint, but would it be better to but weld the new arch in?

I tried gluing a repair into my range rover bonnet ( as I'd seen this widely recommended fro MGB wheel arch repairs) It didn't work and started cracking, doing the repair as per Chris's guide (my tip is to make sure it is stone cold between tacks) and I managed to replace the centre 2 feet of the bonnet across the back (which is dead flat) with virtually no distortion.

Thanks for the link, thats exactly what i was looking for and how i had intended to do the works. In the past i have just tucked the arch under the side of the car and welded it in place then hidden with a skim of filler, that was more to keep a daily on the road tho, not a decent restoration.
