ive had no email yet i payed of my ticket on 24/01/20 We'll be sending out a second email to all those that didn't respond to the first in due course. The default option is always going to be refund, so even if for some reason the email keeps getting eaten along the way somewhere, you'll get your refund. |

I've not sent the second round of emails yet. The worst that will happen is you'll get a refund which is our default choice (unlike some ticket agencies and travel companies I could mention (in a strongly worded letter)). |

Still no email. I don't have a spam filter on the email address I use for RR and I am getting the other RR emails perfectly fine on the same address.
