This is my wife's car. She's had it for about 12 or 13 years now.
It failed this years mot on welding to the inner sills, both sides, up by the wheelarches. She has decided she doesn't want to get the work done, and she has taken over ownership of my Honda CRV.
It's the long wheelbase 7 seater model.
There are some things which are not working on the car, such as: the heated rear screen where the connector has come away from the window. Anyone any good with a soldering iron should be able to sort it easily. I can't solder and don't have a soldering iron. The interior light doesn't work. The sunroof doesn't work, but I think this is through lack of use. I've never known my wife to use it in all the time she's had the car. The four wheel drive light flashes on the dashboard. It has done since we've had the car, and as we've never offroaded it, it's never bothered us. It drives perfectly well as it is. We used to have a chap living a few doors away from us who used to do lots of work on the Shogun/Pajeros, and he said there's a solenoid with a plunger inside, the plunger sticks and makes the 4WD light flash.
The front seats have worn a bit over time, but they're better than some I've seen.
Engine good, gearbox good.
Get the bits done, and you'll have a fine old Pajero
My wife has said she wants £750 for the car, and I'm afraid there's no negotiation. Sorry
