Hi selling my E28 525e 1987 Diamond Schwartz Black based in Manchester, Prestwich, M25. - I don't really know how to list the sale to be honest. All i can say is that a lot of time, money and effort has gone into it to get it on the road, getting the minor advisories sorted, getting it through to pass an MOT making sure its safe and sound. A brief summary of some of the work in the last 5 years.

Gearbox from fritzbitz auto with switchable s and e mode
Engine replaced at 150,709 due to top end crack brought like this as a project for me - sourced a 525e engine with a 137,000 and changed parts including all gaskets, new water pump, all new belts, new bolts, new thermostat, reconditioned thermostat housing, new fluids, new radiator from Germany

Valves adjusted by BMWTEC manchester
Cleaned fuel injectors BMWTEC Manchester
Some new houses fitted
Car seats wrapped in leather

New rear window seal
New door seals
New ignition switch from BMW
Termo switch
Viscous Fan replaced
Period cd player and pioneer rear shelf speakers.
All work carried out by local garage including specialist.
I've two small areas welded battery tray and a minor weld on the sill. The car is solid underneath. Although no recorded service i have majority of the receipts and records of the work carried out when needed to the car.
The final part of this car is now a full respray including fixing minor areas of body rust and dents- Unfortunately i don't have the funds to go back to bare metal and have all the rubbers removed i'll leave this to the new buyer to decide. I'm looking purely for my money back which i've put into the car 07919304137. I may be completely off the mark with the price but i will keep if don't sell.
Please note, Sunroof broke and my plan was to seal it as part of the respray if i was to keep. I also have the fuel gauge jump on occasions but rev counter perfect. I'm not a mechanic and therefore any inspection welcome but vehicle will be sold as seen.
