1.3? If so you can fit the 1.5 16V Demio engine and MPI for an instant pep of performance, lower and add wheels of your choice/period, can't go wrong Failing that, give it to me

Nice, lows and wheels would completely tranform that. If you want jdm wheel's without the scene tax, have a look at these www.autostarwheels.com/

Thanks for all the love, just went for a backroad drive (poodle) ran well considering the rocker gasket is leaking!
Wonder what coilovers would fit? Mk2 golf? There doesnโt seem to be an aftermarket selecting for these? What offset would the wheels be?

Personally, I would get that paintwork gleaming, dealing with any defects so that it is as good as it can be. I would then refurb those steelies, work some magic on the interior to get it back to factory fresh then I would drop it a little bit. These are pretty rare on the roads now, a mega clean 'like it left the factory' look will make it stand out way more than shoving a set of alloys on it and trying to get the floor of it to kiss the ground. Subtle is the way to go. Just my opinion.

I totally want to keep it standard, I want to get the very small bits of bodywork sorted but tidy it up, Iโd love to do an engine swap whilst keeping it standard looking but to go, handle and stop really well, real sleeper material!! Interior is so clean, will add pictures later!
