if they rub then address the incorrect wheel fitment, you should be able to bottom out totally without rubbing with proper wheel fitment.

no, that is not correct, it is very common for coil manufacturers to get it wrong too, especially prevalent where spring rates vary on vehicle specification, particularly notable on commercial vehicles where payload can vary hugely, as can ride height options.

.. and now you know why my threads are destroyed and then deleted because.. this is my thread and I'm posting what I've been told.. So for those of you that have an issue with my threads, then you should avoid them in the future.. Period. 

Have a question about my projects, then ask it, But don't post your option as it's not welcome in my threads.. this is our story and what we've been told I don't care to hear your options on these matters and we've doing just fine until people like you come along. So if any of you have a comments regarding my topics, create your own thread and take those comments out of my thread.


Perhaps you're rather just see my images without any comments.. that can be arranged..

If you don't want peoples opinions on something maybe a public forum isn't the place for you? No one appears to have had an issue, just your thread seems to lack any major context towards a specific build which is what this subboard is for and have offered potential advice towards how certain technical things are worked out (here anyway). I am not sure what happened to your other thread, it does appear to have disappeared. Did you remove it yourself?

But to do that he would have needed certain admin or mod rights, wouldn't he? I mean deleting ones own posts is easy, but others posts or complete threads?

Yea, I'm not really sure what's happened there. I have queried it on the admin portal, OP may have requested a mod to remove it in it's entirety.

It's been my option that when one has a build thread, one shouldn't be interrupted with nonsense or unwanted comments. I've had several threads for the last 3 years without any interruptions until those forums deemed my thread as spam and deleted 2 years worth of work. I am aware that if one is given the ablity to edit a thread, they can delete it or simply remove the images and text. However, there are those that continue to discredit things I've said or done even after I'm posted proof in images. then I get a few that seem to actually be interested in my topics. The point is, there are those whom feel they must say anything and everything within a build thread just to disrupt the flow of the thread. so I've asked several times:

if you have a question about what was done, then ask it, but if you're looking to discredit or interrupt the flow of the thread, avoid it in the future. This is one reason I'm asking to create a photo thread just so I don't have to post any comments and avoid unwanted comments from others. if a person asks a question, I'll respond back to them via PM. Otherwise I suspect the mods/admins will ban me as always because I'm asking to much from other users to avoid posting unwanted comments within my thread.

Quick answers, No, we won't, and yes, you kind of are. Again, public forum. Stuff that is WAAAAY of topic or out of the MO, we will remove but people offering advice, questioning, etc, stays.

No-one here has any good advice to give to help you avoid making a silly mistake

There have been users here who left after their threads did probably not get enough expected attention from other users.
I remember one user in particular, with a highly modified lada, probably from romania, who left with the complaint that his thread is just not worth the effort when hardly any user replies in there.

I followed this transit connect thread and can not remember anything harsh said in there (unless I missed something over night that was deleted before I continued reading it), so I can not understand what the OPs' problem with answers or foreign content is.

But demanding only selected positive answers, although it may follow the modus operandi rule (If You have nothing positive to say, say nothing), may result in zero interest showing and therefor in frustration like mentioned before.

Just my two pence.
